Annie Lennox

Annie Lennox born December 25 of 1954 in Aberdeen Scotland. Dorothy Farquharson was her mother as was Thomas Allison Lennox was her father. Lennox was accepted to the Royal Academy of Music in London during the 1970s when she took flute lessons and harpsichord for three years. Lennox was paid a stipend and did part-time jobs to supplement her budget. Lennox was able to make a change in her profession following her dissatisfaction with her inexperience and lack of talent the same way as other Royal Academy students. Lennox became part of the group Dragons Playground as the flute player in the year 1976. The band did not get to compete in the competition for talent New Faces on I.T.V. She was the lead singer in The Tourists (a British popband) from 1977 to 1980. The band was where she got to know Dave Stewart and together they created their duo Eurythmics. After that, Lennox began to work for her debut album as a solo artist Diva which was released in 1992. It was a massive hit both critically and commercially. Nostalgia Lennoxs sixth solo album was launched in October 2014. The C.D. The C.D. comprises Lennox's most loved blues, jazz, and soul songs from her youth. Lepidoptera is a compilation of four tracks that she improvised for piano, which Lennox made available in May 2019. The E.P. The album is a companion to her Now I let the door open... artwork which was on display at Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art. This is also her first self-released album. Annie Lennox was born in 1954 on the 25th of December. She is an activist, philanthropist as well as a singer. The Tourists were a new-wave group who had some recognition in the 1970s. Then, she was joined by fellow singer-songwriter Dave Stewart to form the pop duo Eurythmics. Lennox began her solo career by releasing her debut album Diva in 1992. This was the source of many hit songs like"Why" and "Walking in Broken Glass. Medusa is her studio album from 1995. It features cover versions of some songs, including The No MoreI I Love Yous and The Whiter Shade of Pale. Six solo studio albums, plus one compilation album are at her disposal.
