Lesley Ann Brandt (born December 2 1982) is a South African model, actress and television personality. Brandt made her American debut on Spartacus: Blood and Sand, a historical drama. She began her acting career in New Zealand on Diplomatic Immunity. The actress was featured on several shows in the past 10 years, including Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies The Librarians as well as Spartacus: Gods of the Arena. Brandt played the character of Mazikeen from 2016. The show Lucifer stars Tom Ellis Lauren German Kevin Alejandro. Brandt grew up within Cape Town South Africa. As she was in her teens, she moved to Auckland New Zealand along with her siblings and mother. Brandt started her modelling career with ads and commercials. She worked as a consultant for IT recruitment and in retail before becoming well-known as a fashion model. In 2009 she was offered her first role in Leilani as Leilani in the New Zealand comedy Diplomatic Immunity. in 2021, her first major role came as Naevia the slave in Starz's Spartacus Blood and Sand. As well, she has reprised the Naevia character in the miniseries that predates Spartacus Gods of the Arena. Craig Parker starred alongside her in three television shows: Diplomatic Immunity (2009), Spartacus (2010), and Legend of the Seeker (2008). In the year 2016, Mazikeen was cast as the bounty hunter in Netflix's cult show Lucifer. The most prominent role she has is this one. In the show, she stars alongside Tom Ellis Lauren French Kevin Alejandro D. B. Woodside.
